Meet the Founders
Hello! We are Michael and Rochelle Kramer, founders of Remnant Restoration Ministries. We are simply people who love Jesus and share Him wherever we go.
Neither of us planned to be in full-time ministry, but God had a greater story.
Michael spent 24 years trapped in addiction — pornography, drugs, video games, and sexual sin — which led to homelessness, jail, and deep despair. Even after trying self-help and New Age spirituality, nothing brought freedom until he encountered Jesus. When he cried out to God, Jesus met him with forgiveness, power, and a real relationship that changed everything.
Rochelle grew up in church but rebelled as a teenager. She became a single mother at 17 and later entered the entertainment industry, working in nightclubs, reality TV, and music alongside major artists. She was even offered industry contracts — but God had a different plan. During an altar call, she was born again and surrendered her life to Jesus.
God brought us together through a miracle. During a large festival in Providence, Rhode Island, a man overdosed on fentanyl. We ran to him, prayed, and he came back to life — and gave his life to Jesus. That miracle was how God introduced us.
A year later, during the COVID shutdowns, we began feeding the homeless and sharing Jesus daily. Salvations and miracles followed. Soon our home became a place for worship, Bible study, baptisms, and discipleship.
We asked God if we were called to do this full-time. Through prayer and prophetic confirmation, God made it clear. We stepped out in faith, got married, and began traveling across the nation preaching the gospel and making disciples.
We are honored to serve Jesus and be part of what He is doing in the world.
All glory belongs to Him.

Our Mission
At Remnant Restoration Ministries, our mission is to glorify Jesus Christ and establish His Kingdom on Earth. We exist to make healthy disciples, unite the Body of Christ, and spread God’s love everywhere.
We are committed to fulfilling the Great Commission — to preach the gospel, make disciples, baptize believers, and teach them how to truly follow Jesus.
Jesus didn’t simply hold weekly classes — He lived life with His disciples. He walked with them through the good, the bad, and the messy. We strive to follow His example by traveling with a team. Some join us for a week, some for a month, and some indefinitely.
We rely on the Holy Spirit to guide our days. Our lives are filled with prayer, worship, Bible study, home groups, and outreach. We serve the poor, visit widows in nursing homes, pray for the sick in hospitals, and share the gospel in sober living homes and on the streets.
We also partner with churches and ministries to host events and outreaches, with a heart to see souls saved and the Body of Christ united.
We believe God designed His people to live as a family — loving deeply, working faithfully, and sharing generously, just as we see in the Book of Acts.
Our hearts burn to see God’s remnant restored — a set-apart people, zealous for good works and formed into the image of Christ. Everything we do is by God’s grace, and all the glory belongs to Him.
